These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DesiCouplesZ ("DCZ", "Platform"), operated by DCZ Media Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By registering or using DCZ, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction
- You must not have been previously banned from DCZ
- By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true
2. Account Registration & Age Confirmation
All members must be 18 years of age or older. At registration you confirm this by self-declaration. Mobile app users additionally complete Yoti selfie age estimation as required by Apple and Google app store policies. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Genuine Member Verification
3.1 Who it applies to
Genuine Verification is required for South Asian couples and single female members who have selected a South Asian primary language and have been Premium subscribers for 14 days or more. It applies across all platforms — web, PWA, iOS, and Android.
3.2 How it works
- You will receive an in-app prompt to start a short 3–5 minute video session with our AI Bot
- The DCZ AI Bot will ask you to perform a few simple gestures on camera — no scripted speech is required
- The DCZ AI Bot records your video session automatically
- The recording is subjected to automatic AI scans to verify authenticity
- A moderator then reviews the recording and approves or rejects the session
- Approval is typically granted within 24 hours; you will be notified in-app and by email
- Your video is stored securely on our private media server and is never shared publicly
- After approval, your video is archived — it is retained solely for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes and is not viewable by other members
3.3 Notice and access policy
Once Genuine Verification becomes due, we will send you up to three in-app reminders over a reasonable period. These reminders are friendly nudges, not punishments — we understand life gets busy. However, if three reminders pass without action:
- Access to explicit/adult content will be temporarily paused
- Outbound messaging will be temporarily paused
- All other platform features remain fully accessible
- Access is restored immediately once verification is approved
We will never delete your account or your content because of a pending Genuine Verification. This is purely a temporary feature-pause designed to maintain community quality.
3.4 Your consent
By registering as a South Asian couple or single female member and upgrading to Premium, you acknowledge and agree that Genuine Verification may be required as described above. You consent to your video session being recorded by the DCZ AI Bot, automatically scanned for authenticity, reviewed and approved by a moderator, and archived after approval. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, which will result in suspension of Premium features for your account.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Prohibited Content
You must not upload, post, or transmit:
- Any content depicting minors in a sexual context (CSAM) — this will result in immediate permanent ban and NCMEC report
- Non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn")
- Content depicting individuals who have not consented to appearing on DCZ
- Content that glorifies or promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or phishing content
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting member data
- Attempting to bypass age verification or content restrictions
- Using VPNs or proxies to evade geographic restrictions or bans
- Soliciting or facilitating sex work in jurisdictions where prohibited
- Creating multiple accounts after being banned
5. Content You Upload
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant DCZ Media Holdings LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content to other members of the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
All uploaded content is subject to AI moderation (PhotoDNA, Hive AI) and admin review before becoming visible to other members. DCZ reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.
By uploading explicit content, you warrant that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and have consented to appearing on an adult platform. DCZ will create a corresponding 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record linking your upload to your verified identity.
6. Watermarks
All approved media on DCZ is watermarked with the DCZ logo. This watermark is applied to protect both creators and the platform. You may not use tools to remove or obscure the watermark.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are available via CCBill (web), Apple IAP (iOS app), or Google Play Billing (Android app). All payments are subject to the terms of the applicable payment processor. DCZ does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by CCBill's refund policy or the applicable app store policy. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
8. Privacy & 2257 Records
Your use of DCZ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 custodial records are maintained as described in our 2257 Statement.
9. Termination
DCZ may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Certain violations (CSAM, fraud, repeated abuse) result in immediate permanent bans with no right of appeal.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
DCZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DCZ Media Holdings LLC is not liable for user-generated content, member interactions, or any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of DCZ shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of DCZ after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
