18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Required Federal Statement. All visual depictions displayed on DesiCouplesZ are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)–(D), or because all materials were produced before July 3, 1995, or because the operator of this website is not the primary producer of such content. For content produced by DCZ Media Holdings LLC, all models depicted were 18 years of age or older at the time of production.

User-Generated Content

DesiCouplesZ is an interactive computer service. Content depicting real persons is created and uploaded by members, who are the producers of that content. DCZ Media Holdings LLC does not create, commission, direct, script, stage or pay for member content, and does not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any person depicted in it. Each uploading member is solely responsible for the content they upload and for any records the law requires them to keep in respect of it. For all user-generated explicit content:

Members must confirm they are 18 or older to hold an account, and must affirm it again before uploading explicit content.
By uploading explicit content, members certify that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older, that the uploader holds their consent to publish, and that the uploader will maintain any records the law requires of them.
Records DCZ keeps are platform records of who uploaded what and when. They do not relieve an uploader of any obligation of their own, and are produced to a competent authority on lawful request.
DCZ Media Holdings LLC maintains a record linking each explicit upload to the uploading account, the date and time of upload, and the age confirmation given at that time.
Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of production or last publication, whichever is later, as required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.2.

CSAM Zero Tolerance

Photos and videos uploaded to a profile, gallery or album are reviewed by a person before they become visible to any other member. Live video sessions are not pre-reviewed. Where material appearing to constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is identified, it is removed, the account is permanently terminated, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Reporting Violations

If you believe any content on DesiCouplesZ depicts a minor, report it immediately to compliance@desicouplesz.app. We will investigate and report to NCMEC within 24 hours of becoming aware of any potential CSAM.
